| From Saturday, May 23, 2026, to Thursday, June 4, 2026: |
| Review of exam papers and entering grades on the Progress platform, along with submitting copies of grade reports to the administration. Conducting make-up exams. |
| Settling all pending situations. |
| Holding deliberations for the first session. |
| This period includes the Eid al-Adha holiday from May 26 to May 30. |
| From Saturday, June 6, 2026, to Monday, June 15, 2026: |
| Make-up session examinations. |
| Defense of graduation theses (Each faculty will determine the defense days without affecting the conduct of the make-up exams). |
| June 16, 17, and 18, 2026: |
| Entering obtained grades on the Progress platform and preparing final deliberations. |
| From Sunday, June 21, 2026, to Thursday, June 25, 2026: |
| Holding final deliberations for all levels and publishing results. |
