Minutes of the Local Committee Meeting for the Promotion of Visual, Classification, and Digitalization

Meeting Topic:
The meeting was dedicated to following up on the mechanisms for implementing the sectoral strategy for the digitalization of the higher education sector and ways to enhance the university’s digital presence. The discussion concluded with the following technical directives:
1- International Ranking: Commitment to completing the entry of all data and statistics related to faculties (interdisciplinary specializations) to improve the university’s global ranking.
2- Digital Interface: Organizing a workshop to evaluate the website, while accelerating the translation project and incorporating data from the scientific councils.
3- Digital Training: Scheduling a training course on “Artificial Intelligence Applications in Administrative Work” for the heads of digitalization offices, under the supervision of Professor Reda Mahlaine.
4- Certificate Management: Updating the graduation certificate platform database by deleting data for failing students and ensuring the complete inclusion of files for successful students.
5- User Platform: Coordination between digitization officers and user office heads to develop proposals for version (1.2) of the platform, with the necessity of updating the digital files of all employees.
6- Attendance Platform: Activating department heads’ accounts to enable pedagogical monitoring and preparing for the launch of the upgraded version of the system.
7- Institutional Project: Announcing the official launch of the “Institutional Project Management” platform to ensure effective monitoring of strategic objectives.
