National events marking the official launch of third-stage (doctoral) training for the 2024-2025 academic year

As part of the national activities marking the official launch of third-cycle (doctoral) training for the 2024-2025 academic year, Abbes Laghrour University of Khenchela participated today, May 13, 2025, under the supervision of the University President, Professor Abdelouahed Chala. The event began with an opening speech delivered by Professor Abdelrahim Siam, Vice President for Pedagogy, who addressed “the conceptual foundations governing the philosophy of third-cycle training.” This was followed by an intervention by Professor Rafika Kasouri, Vice President for Scientific Research, who gave a detailed presentation on the university’s qualifying doctoral training programs. She also addressed various procedural aspects of third-cycle training follow-up. During this meeting, attendees listened to recorded speeches broadcast remotely by:
