The training session on the ‘Ibtikar’ program concluded on Thursday, June 12, 2025. Organized by Abbas Laghrour University of Khenchela in collaboration with the National Higher School of Forests of Khenchela, this initiative was sponsored by the Directorate of Cooperation and University Exchanges (Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research) and the EU program office ‘Erasmus+ Algeria’. Running from Sunday, June 9, 2025, it brought together professors representing 43 higher education institutions from Eastern Algeria, alongside EU experts: Ms. Samira and Mr. Kazala Julian from Sorbonne University (France).”
