The Ceremony of Honoring Professor Hamma Zdireh

On this bright morning, the morning of June 28, 2026, we gather with mixed feelings of joy and sorrow—joy at honoring a scientific pillar, and sorrow at bidding farewell to one who was a beacon illuminating the paths of knowledge. He is the esteemed Professor Hamma Zdireh, who devoted his life to education and pedagogy, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all who learned from him or shared his company. A Word About His Career: Professor Hamma Zdireh is not merely a teacher who passed through our lives, but rather a complete school of humility, wisdom, and patience. He carried his pen for years and years, planting the seeds of knowledge in the minds of generations, and instilling in their souls a love for curiosity and diligence. He was always a role model to be emulated in sincerity and dedication, seeing in every student a seed that needs nurturing, and in every lesson an opportunity to build a future. The Moment of Honor by the Services Committee: Today, through a generous initiative by the Services Committee, represented by Professor Massas and his colleagues, everyone stood together as one to offer their greetings and appreciation to this great man. The honoring was not merely plaques and certificates; it was a message of loyalty from the hearts of those who loved him, expressing their gratitude for the effort he exerted and the immeasurable giving he offered. Professor Massas’s Speech (on behalf of the committee): Professor Massas said in his moving speech: “Today we stand before one of the men who made a difference in our educational journey. Professor Hamma Zdireh, you were a father, a teacher, and a friend to us. We learned from you patience with students, wisdom in dealing with others, and sincerity in work. Yes, you may be leaving the department today, but your spirit will remain present in every corner, and in every enlightened mind that you illuminated with your scientific spirit.” The Tearful Farewell: When Professor Hamma Zdireh stood to deliver his speech, he could not hold back his sincere tears—tears of joy and nostalgia. He spoke of his memories, his years of giving, and his students who were and still are a source of pride for him. He said in a voice choked with emotion: “I am leaving today, but I carry in my heart every student I taught, and every colleague I shared time with. These tears are not a goodbye, but rather a pledge that I will remain supportive of you from afar, and I will always be proud that I was part of this great educational family.” Conclusion: At the end of this honoring ceremony, we can only say: Thank you, esteemed professor, for every moment you spent in the service of knowledge. Thank you for your patience, wisdom, and dedication. You have honored us with your presence for many years, and today we honor you to be an example for everyone who walks the path of education. May you always remain, Professor Hamma Zdireh, a source of pride and honor. No matter how far you are, you will remain in our hearts and in the history of this institution as a symbol of giving and sincerity. ... اقرأ أكثر
