Dear students, fellow professors, and esteemed staff members, I am deeply honored to be part of the administrative team of the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Business, and Management Sciences at Abbas Laghrour University of Khenchela. I warmly welcome you all to the Department of Financial and Accounting Sciences, where we consistently strive for academic excellence and aim to contribute effectively to the development of a generation of students capable of engaging with and tackling the growing challenges in the fields of business and economics. Education in the Finance and Accounting Department is structured into two cycles: In the academic bachelor’s track, students follow the second-year curriculum in the Finance and Accounting program. Upon completing this stage, they can easily choose to specialize in “Accounting” in their final year. After obtaining their bachelor’s degree, students are eligible to apply for an academic Master’s in Accounting. Once the master’s degree is acquired, students can apply for doctoral training programs in accounting-related specializations. In conclusion, I would like to thank all my colleagues, both professors and administrative staff, for their dedication to delivering the highest quality of education. I also affirm that the Department of Financial and Accounting Sciences will always remain at the forefront of higher education and will continuously evolve to meet the demands of the national labor market. The College of Science and Technology is one of the important colleges of the university with good education that creates a favorable environment for innovation and highlights its various technologies. Our faculty consists of eight departments: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Material Science, and Methods Engineering. The young human resources available to our faculty are distributed across the different departments, especially Pedagogy, which includes the first, second (L, M) and third cycles.
