Announcement: Procedures for Requesting an Academic Leave
To all students of the College of Science and Technology,
Students who wish to apply for an academic leave for the upcoming semester must upload the required documents via the college’s official application, as follows:
Required Documents:

A formal written request addressed to the Dean of the College.

A justification or statement explaining the reason for the leave.

A school certificate.

A copy of the academic transcript.
Application Period:
Starting from Wednesday, October 22, 2025, until Sunday, November 04, 2025.
*Please note that the deadline for receiving applications is the end of the day on 04/11/2025.*
