#Patient_Visit In coordination with the administration of the Ahmed Ben Bella Public Hospital in Khenchela, the Creative Pen Club (Faculty of Letters and Languages), the Pioneers Club (Higher Normal School – Khenchela branch) of Chahid Abbas Laghrour University, and Mr. Azzedine Zedira (in his role as a clown), organized a courtesy visit to the children in the pediatric ward. The participants distributed gifts and organized various activities, bringing immense joy and smiles to the young patients. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the students for this noble initiative during this blessed month, which brought so much happiness to the children. Minutes of the Local Committee Meeting for the Promotion of Visual, Classification, and Digitalization Date of Meeting: February 24, 2026 Meeting Topic: The meeting was dedicated to following up on the mechanisms for implementing the sectoral strategy for the digitalization of the higher education sector and ways to enhance the university’s digital presence. The discussion concluded with the following technical directives: 1- International Ranking: Commitment to completing the entry of all data and statistics related to faculties (interdisciplinary specializations) to improve the university’s global ranking. 2- Digital Interface: Organizing a workshop to evaluate the website, while accelerating the translation project and incorporating data from the scientific councils. 3- Digital Training: Scheduling a training course on “Artificial Intelligence Applications in Administrative Work” for the heads of digitalization offices, under the supervision of Professor Reda Mahlaine. 4- Certificate Management: Updating the graduation certificate platform database by deleting data for failing students and ensuring the complete inclusion of files for successful students. 5- User Platform: Coordination between digitization officers and user office heads to develop proposals for version (1.2) of the platform, with the necessity of updating the digital files of all employees. 6- Attendance Platform: Activating department heads’ accounts to enable pedagogical monitoring and preparing for the launch of the upgraded version of the system. 7- Institutional Project: Announcing the official launch of the “Institutional Project Management” platform to ensure effective monitoring of strategic objectives....اقرأ أكثر

Commemorating National Martyr’s Day In commemoration of National Martyrs’ Day, observed on February 18th, Professor Abdelwahed Challa, Director of Abbes Laghrour University Khenchela, participated this morning in the ceremonies held under the auspices of the Governor of the province. The commemoration began at the Martyrs’ Cemetery in Khenchela, where the flag was raised, the national anthem played, a wreath laid, and the opening chapter of the Quran (Al-Fatiha) recited in remembrance of the martyrs’ pure souls, in fulfillment of their pledge and in perpetuation of their sacrifices. The following technical files were reviewed and addressed: 1-Digital Presence Governance: Implementing the attendance management platform across all university faculties to ensure real-time monitoring. 2-Interdisciplinary Ranking: Reviewing and compiling benchmark statistics for faculties to support the university’s positioning in global interdisciplinary research rankings. 3-Administrative Digital Transformation: Finalizing the software configuration for the “Employment and Salary Certificate” module and approving its full integration into the digital payroll platform. 4-Web Presence Development: Enhancing the website’s efficiency by updating cloud data and enabling automatic technical synchronization of translated content and media. 5-Pedagogical Evaluation: Refining the outlines of the annual plan for pedagogical outcomes (2024-2025) for the various faculties. 6-Social digital services: Final technical touches are being put in place in preparation for the official launch of the social services platform....اقرأ أكثر
