The objective is to automate administrative procedures and enhance inter-departmental coordination by reviewing new features and discussing ways for further development. Digitization of Pedagogical Affairs:A technical presentation was given for the new platform dedicated to managing student absences and time schedules. This platform is designed to facilitate the supervisory and organizational tasks for professors, heads of departments, and students alike. Updating Accounting Services:The payroll platform was enhanced with an electronic “salary certificate” extraction feature.
