Announcement of the Opening of Nominations for Academic Board Membership The Faculty of Science and Technology announces the opening of nominations for renewal of academic board membership for the following departments: 1. Department of Materials Sciences 2. Department of Mechanical Engineering 3. Department of Civil Engineering As well as their representation on the Faculty’s Academic Council, this period will run from May 27, 2025, to June 9, 2025. Nomination applications are submitted electronically via the nomination platform via the following link: Registration link for the nomination platform for academic board membership Important Notes Regarding the representation of assistant professors on the Faculty’s Academic Council, all assistant professors in all departments of the Faculty are eligible to apply.   As for the University’s Academic Council, all faculty members (professor level) are eligible to apply. Today, May 27, 2025, the workshops related to the Foundation’s 2026-2030 Project began with a meeting of the working groups responsible for the following axes: relations with the environment, international cooperation, sustainable development, and social responsibility. The meeting witnessed an in-depth discussion of the working mechanisms of the three groups.
