Training course on the Ibtikar program

Today, June 9, 2025, Abbas Laghrour University in Khenchela, in cooperation with the National Higher School of Forestry in Khenchela, organized a training session on the Ibtikar program. The session, which ran from June 9 to 12, 2025, was held under the auspices of the Directorate of University Cooperation and Exchange of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the European Union Office in Algeria. This session was attended by professors representing 43 universities in the Oriental region. Ms. Chadar Samira, Deputy Director of International Cooperation at the Ministry, provided comprehensive explanations of the program, its objectives, and the potential benefits it offers. Mr. Mohamed Boudour, Director of the Erasmus+ Algeria Office, also presented the program’s themes and the various projects that Algerian universities can incorporate into the program to benefit from support and funding. The Prime Minister oversees the award ceremony for the President of the Republic’s Innovative Researcher Award. On behalf of the President of the Republic, and as part of the activities commemorating Student Day, which falls on May 19 of each year, Prime Minister Noureddine Beddari, accompanied by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamel Baddari, presided over the award ceremony for the first edition of the President of the Republic’s Innovative Researcher Award this morning, Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at the Abdelhafidh Ihdaden Science and Technology Hub in Sidi Abdellah. بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم والصّلاةُ والسّلامُ على أشرف المرسلين، يُسْعِدُني في هَذَا اليَوْم الَّذي يَحْتَفِي فِيهِ بَنَاتُنَا وَأبْنَاؤُنَا الطَّلَبَة بِاليَوْمِ الوَطني للطَّالِب، أنْ أُحَيِّي الشَّبَابَ الجزائري الَّذي يَؤُمُّ مُدَرَّجَاتِ الجَامِعَاتِ، سَاعِيًا إلى النَّجَاحِ بِطُمُوحِ التَّوَّاقِينَ إلى المُسَاهَمَةِ في بِنَاءِ جزائرَ قَوِيَّةٍ وَمُنْتَصِرَة، مُتَأسِّيًا بِالرُّوَّادِ السَّابِقِينَ، وَمُسْتَذْكِرًا – في هَذِهِ المُنَاسَبَةِ – جِيلًا مُتَشَبِّعًا بِالرُّوحِ الوَطنِيَّةِ، آثَرَ في 19 ماي 1956، في خِضَمِّ ثَوْرَةِ التَّحرِيرِ المَجِيدَةِ مُغَادَرَةَ رِحَابِ الجَامِعَةِ، وَالالتِحَاقِ بِجَبْهَةِ الكِفَاحِ المُسَلَّحِ .. مُؤكِّدًا بِتِلْكَ الهَبَّةِ التَّاريخيَّةِ أنَّ الشَّعْبَ الجزائريّ حُرٌّ وَمُصَمِّمٌ على البَقَاءِ حُرًّا، وَأنْ لا شَيْءَ أَوْلى مِنْ الاسْتِجَابَةِ لِنِدَاءِ الحُرِيَّةِ في بَيَانِ أوَّلِ نُوفمبّر الخَالِد. وَإنَّكُم – بَنَاتِي وَأبْنَائي الطَّلَبَة – لَتُدْرِكُونَ تَمَامَ الإدْرَاكِ أنَّ بَلَدَكُم العَظيم بِتَاريخِهِ المَجِيد، وَاجَهَ غَدَاةَ الاسْتِقْلالِ أوْضَاعًا قَاسِيَةً وَتَحَدِّيَاتٍ جَمَّةٍ لِتَدَارُك التَّأخُّرِ الفَادِحِ الَّذي كَرَّسَهُ الاسْتِعمَارُ البَغِيضُ في مَجَالِ التَّربِيَةِ وَالتَّعلِيم، بِسِياسَةِ التَّجْهِيل وَالحِرْمَان، وَمُحَاوَلاتِ طَمْسِ الشَّخْصِيَّة وَالهُوِيَّة الوَطنِيَّة .. وَلَقَد تَمَكَّنَتْ الجزائر بإرَادَةِ الوَطنِيِّينَ مِنْ تَجَاوُزِ تِلْكَ الأوْضَاعِ الصَّعْبَةِ وَبِنَاءِ مَنْظُومَةٍ جَامِعِيَّةٍ وَطنيَّةٍ مُشَرِّفَةٍ، بِتَأطِيرٍ بِيدَاغُوجِيٍّ مُتَكَامِلٍ، وَبِهَيَاكِلَ وَمُنْشَآتٍ تُغَطِّي كُلَّ أنْحَاءِ الوَطَن، تَسْتَجِيبُ لِمُتَطَلَّبَاتِ الجَامِعِيَاتِ وَالجَامِعِييّنَ، وَتَتَوَفَّرُ على شُرُوطِ التَّحْصِيلِ العِلْمِي وَالمَعْرِفِي في مُنَاخٍ يَلِيقُ بِهَذَا الجِيلِ الوَاعِدِ .. وَهُوَ مَا تَعْكِسُهُ أعْدَادَ المُتَخَرِّجِينَ مِنَ المَعَاهِدِ وَالجَامِعَاتِ، وَالأرْصِدَةُ المَالِيَةُ المُسَخَّرَةُ، وَالطَّاقَاتِ البَشَرِيَّةِ المُعَبَّأةِ، لِتَجْعَلَ مِنَ الجَامِعَةِ الجزائريَّةِ في الجزائرِ الجَدِيدَة المُنْتَصِرَة، قَاطِرَةً أسَاسِيَّةً في تَوَجُّهِ البِلادِ نَحْوَ تَطْوِيرِ وَتَنْوِيعِ النَّشَاطِ الاقتصادِي. وَإنَّنِي في هَذِهِ السَّانِحَة، أُجَدِّدُ حِرْصَ الدَّوْلَة على المَزِيدِ مِنَ الدَّفْعِ بالجَامِعَةِ الجزائريةِ وَمَنْظُومَةِ التَّكوِين بمُخْتَلَفِ المُسْتَوَياتِ وَالتَّخَصُّصَاتِ، إلى الارْتِبَاطِ بِالوَاقِعِ الاقتصاديّ، وَمَسارَاتِ التَّحَوُّلِ نَحْوَ اقْتِصَادِ المَعْرِفَة .. وَإلى وَضْعِ الآلِيَاتِ الكَفِيلَةِ بِإدْمَاجِ الشَّبَابَ الجَامِعِي وَخَرِيجِي مَعَاهِدَ التَّكْوِينِ في حَرَكِيَّةِ هَذِهِ التَّحَوُّلات الحَتْمِيَّة نَحْوَ اقْتِصَادٍ مُتَفَتِّحٍ وَمُتَنَوِّعٍ وَتَنَافُسِيٍّ، لا سِيَمَا مِنْ خِلالِ تَسْهِيلِ وَمُرَافَقَةِ إنْشَاءِ المُؤَسَّسَاتِ الصَّغِيرَةِ وَالمُتَوَسِّطَةِ، وَ بِهَذَا الخُصُوصِ أُعْرِبُ عَنْ اعْتِزَازَنَا الكَبِير بِمَا يُحَقِّقُهُ المُتَفَوِّقُونَ النَّوَابِغُ في جَامِعَاتِنَا، مِنْ رِيَادَةٍ وَتَألُّقٍ في الابْتِكَارِ وَالابْدَاعِ، وَمُسَايَرَةِ أرْقَى وَأدَقَّ التِّكنُولُوجِيَات في العَالَمِ، مُهَنِئًا الطَّالِبَاتِ وَالطَّلَبَةِ، بُنَاةُ جَزائِرُ اليَوْمَ، وَحَامِلُو رايةَ أسْلافِهِمْ مِنْ مَعْدَنِ الشَّهِيدَيْنِ عمارة رشيد وطالب عبد الرحمن وغيرهم مِنْ أوْلَئِكَ الَّذين سَجَّلُوا أسْمَاءَهُم خَالِدَةً في صَفَحَاتِ مَجْدِ الجزائر وَعِزَّتِها. ” تَحيَا الجَزائِر “ ​المَجْد والخُلودُ لِشُهدائِنَا الأبرَار والسّلامُ عَليكُم ورَحمَةُ اللهِ تَعالى وَبركاتُه. المصدر : رئاسة الجمهورية الجزائرية...اقرأ أكثر

As part of the national activities marking the official launch of third-cycle (doctoral) training for the 2024-2025 academic year, Abbes Laghrour University of Khenchela participated today, May 13, 2025, under the supervision of the University President, Professor Abdelouahed Chala. Working and cooperation visit to the University of Sousse, Tunisia

The Faculty of Social and Human Sciences concluded its annual field trip program with a #Working_and_Cooperation_Visit to the University of Sousse in Tunisia on May 6 and 7, 2025, for doctoral and master’s students, accompanied by a group of faculty professors from various disciplines. ▪️ The visit included two main stops: 🔹#The_First_Stop was an official meeting that included the Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Boubaker Ben Omrane, and the Secretary-General, Sahraoui Arar, with Dr. Hicham Ramdani, Head of International Cooperation at the University of Sousse, and Dr. Mohamed Bouhlel, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities. The meeting was devoted to discussing prospects for cooperation between the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at the University of Khenchela and its counterpart at the University of Sousse, particularly within the framework of participation in the Erasmus+ international cooperation program. The meeting also explored the possibility of organizing internships abroad for employees and technical staff as part of improvement programs. 🔹#The_Second_Station took place at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities in an expanded session attended by professors and students, under the supervision of the “Land Occupation, Urbanism, and Lifestyles in the Maghreb in Ancient Times” laboratory, and in the presence of the laboratory director, Professor Ben Hussein Bouthaina, and the heads of the research teams.
