APPEL À CANDIDATURES POUR LA BOURSE 2026-2027 EN RUSSIE Nous avons l’honneur de vous informer que le Ministère de l’Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche Scientifique est destinataire d’un appel à candidature à la bourse gouvernementale russe au titre de l’année universitaire 2026-2027. Pour précision, ce programme concerne exclusivement les étudiants inscrits en fin de cycle de Master (M2) ou d’Ingénieur (I5) et souhaitant poursuivre des études doctorales en Russie. Nous vous demandons de bien vouloir nommer deux (2) étudiants majors de promotion au maximum, pour chacune des disciplines de recherches suivantes : Information quantique (Mathématique, informatique) Physique quantique Intelligence artificielle Cybersécurité Nanotechnologie Systèmes autonomes Arts Compte tenu des délais impartis par la DCEU, les dossiers en format numérique doivent être déposés exclusivement sur la plateforme numérique cruest2.univ-setif.dz au plus tard le Jeudi 13 Novembre 2025 à 16h00.
