This meeting was dedicated to monitoring the progress of implementing the sectoral strategy for the digitalization of higher education and ways to enhance the university’s digital presence. The meeting concluded by addressing and guiding the following technical areas:
Development of Digital Systems: Updating existing software platforms and ensuring their efficiency.
Statistical System: Establishing a central database to collect annual statistics for various administrative and academic departments.
Monitoring Digital Performance: Analyzing the performance indicators of the university’s official website and evaluating the level of interaction with it.
Digital Graduation Platform: Finalizing the lists of third-year Bachelor’s and second-year Master’s students to facilitate the electronic retrieval of the following documents:
Graduation Certificate
Certificate of Good Conduct
Academic Transcripts
Academic Standards: Emphasizing the necessity of documenting and annotating graduation theses according to the APA system.
Library Coordination: Scheduling a working meeting with the Central Library officials to establish the technical mechanisms for uploading and digitally archiving graduation theses.
Activating the electronic portal for social services.
