As part of the university’s efforts towards digitalization and improving service quality, the administration of Abbès Laghrour University – Khenchela informs all teaching staff and employees that a new digital platform dedicated to receiving concerns and complaints has been launched.

This platform allows users to :

  • Submit concerns and complaints in a simple and fast way

  • Track the status of requests in real time

  • Ensure effective processing within reasonable deadlines
