In line with the annual program (2026–2027) for scientific, cultural, and sports activities—established by the Directorate of Student Life in coordination with the National Office for University Services—and coinciding with the #65th_Anniversary_of_National_Migration_Day, I am pleased to announce the second edition of the National University Documentary Film Competition. This event is organized by Salah Boubnider University (Constantine 3), in coordination with Mentouri Brothers University (Constantine 1) and the Constantine Ain El-Bey University Services, and will take place from October 15, 2026, to November 26, 2026.
We kindly request that you share this announcement widely to ensure that all students have the opportunity to participate in this significant cultural activity. Please note that participation forms must be submitted in accordance with the requirements specified in the technical guidelines.
