Blood Donation Campaign To commemorate the 71st anniversary of the glorious revolution of November 1, 1954, Abbas Laghrour University of Khenchela, under the supervision of the University Rector and through the Sub-Directorate of Scientific, Cultural, and Sports Activities, as well as the Preventive Medicine Unit, organized a blood donation campaign on November 5, 2025, in coordination with the Khenchela Provincial Blood Donors Association. The campaign was overseen by a qualified medical and paramedical team from the blood banks of Ahmed Ben Bella Hospital and Ali Bousahaba Hospital in Khenchela, who worked tirelessly to ensure the initiative’s success. The campaign witnessed broad participation from various members of the university community, including professors, staff, and students, reflecting the values ​​of solidarity and cohesion embodied in the glorious revolution. Cultural Activity to Commemorate the 71st Anniversary of the Glorious November 1st RevolutionToday, Tuesday, October 28, 2025, the Faculty of Arts and Languages organized, under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty and in coordination with the Faculty’s Activities Department, the Discourse Analysis Laboratory, and the Association of Plastic Arts, an activity to commemorate the anniversary of the outbreak of the National Liberation Revolution.This cultural activity, organized by the Faculty of Arts and Languages on October 28, 2025, under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty, commemorated the seventy-first (71st) anniversary of the glorious November 1st Revolution. The event reflected the spirit of the national occasion through a display of a selection of artistic paintings, murals, and expressive and abstract artworks by artists and creators, who expressed the revolution’s heroism and timeless values with their brushes, in participation with professors, students, and art enthusiasts.During the event, participating artists were honored in recognition of their creativity and contribution to the success of the activity. National Forum Activities Literary speech: from fairy-like delirium to historical commitment Literary speech: from fairy-like delirium to historical engagement. This is the topic of the national meeting organized today, October 13, 2025, by the Faculty of Arts and Languages; under the supervision of the Dean of the college and directed by Dr. Ashour Hambly. The meeting recognized various scientific contributions from professors and researchers from different Algerian universities, who discussed the dimensions of the literary word as a space that oscillates between wild imagination and fanciful creativity on one hand, and historical engagement and collective consciousness on the other; the professors who participated in the events of this meeting also examined the role of literature in fostering responsibility and stimulating social consciousness.
