To obtain the final clearance certificate for doctoral students, it is necessary to submit a PDF CD of the thesis, which must also contain a copy of the published article. The CD must be labeled on the outside with the first page of the thesis, bearing the stamp of the Head of Department. It is also required to submit Annex 6, stamped by the responsible official.
