In its ongoing pursuit of fostering a culture of scientific research and promoting innovation and academic creativity, the Rector of Abbes Laghrour University Khenchela is pleased to announce the “Best Researcher” competition at the university level. This competition aims to discover and encourage outstanding research talents, motivating them to further scientific contributions.
Competition Objectives:
To support and encourage publication in indexed international journals.
To highlight research expertise across various disciplines.
To encourage students and researchers to innovate and be creative.
Target Audience:
The competition is open to all university faculty members, researchers, and students. Awards:
The following will be recognized:
Professors with the most articles published in journals indexed in internationally recognized databases (e.g., Web of Science, Scopus, etc.).
Professors in the humanities with the most scientific articles published in journals indexed in internationally recognized databases (e.g., Web of Science, Scopus, etc.).
Researchers with the most citations.
Doctoral students with the most scientific articles published in journals indexed in internationally recognized databases (e.g., Science, Scopus, Web of Science, etc.).
Deadlines:
Scientific articles must be published between September 1, 2025, and August 1, 2026.
Awards will be distributed to eligible candidates at the start of the 2026-2027 academic year.
