A/ General objectives
- Read the texts on commercial arbitration in Civil and Administrative Procedures Law.
- Evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of the provisions of Algerian law in establishing commercial arbitration and resolving disputes.
- Determine the specifics of commercial arbitration under the Civil and Administrative Procedures Law Code.
- Determining the extent to which the Algerian legislator interacts with international agreements within the framework of commercial arbitration.
- Anticipating legislative trends in Algeria towards developing the idea of commercial arbitration to keep pace with current commercial development.
- Helping doctoral students in this aspect to finish their dissertations.
B/ Scientific foundations
- Collect all available scientific material (references, articles, dissertations, publications, news…) in order to write a research paper on the topic.
- Holding seminars that address research into aspects of the topic.
- Publishing scientific articles that address aspects of the Algerian legislator’s choices in provisions related to commercial arbitration,
- Providing a set of suggestions to be taken into consideration in any amendments that may affect the legal system.
