Opening Ceremony of the 2025-2026 Academic Year
As part of the opening ceremony of the 2025-2026 academic year, this morning, September 22, 2025, the University President, Professor Abdelouahed Challa, accompanied by university officials, welcomed the Governor of Khenchela and his accompanying delegation in the honorary hall of the University Directorate in an atmosphere marked by warmth and appreciation.
Following the official reception, the attendees proceeded to the Grand Lecture Hall—a second stop—to begin the opening ceremony of the 2025-2026 academic year.
