After the requisite greetings,
As part of the update of files concerning family allowances and the single salary allowance, we kindly request that you notify all employees (teaching staff, administrative staff, contractual staff) that they must submit to us as soon as possible a file containing the following documents:

Family certificate (proof of family composition)

Children’s birth certificates

Certificate of non‑receipt of family allowances for the spouse

Certificate of unemployment for the spouse

Certificate of non‑affiliation with CNAS (National Social Insurance Fund)

Certificate of non‑membership with CASNOS (National Retirement Fund)

Copy of the divorce decree (specific to the single salary allowance)
Note:
If the concerned person does not submit a file, the family allowances will be deducted from their monthly salary.
Deadline for submission of files: April 23, 2026
