Abbas Laghrour University – Khenchela announces the opening of applications for the Master’s program at Dr. Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology in Russia for the 2026-2027 academic year.This announcement is part of a program specifically for international students, with 10 places reserved for Algerian students.

- Medicine and Biology: In Russian, with courses in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics.
- Natural Sciences: In Russian, with courses in Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Computer Science.
- Engineering and Technology: In Russian, with courses in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, and Chemistry.
Application Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid passport with a certified Russian translation is required.
- A student transcript with a Russian translation is required.
- A medical certificate proving the absence of any health contraindications to studying and residing in Russia, along with a certified translation into Russian, is required.
Accommodation and Costs
Students benefit from on-campus accommodation. The cost of accommodation for contract-based students is 3,212 Russian rubles and 28 kopeks. Tuition fees for contract-based (paid) students are 209,000 Russian rubles annually. Tuition within the Russian Federation government quota is funded by the federal budget. Medical insurance is mandatory and must be purchased in Russia.

After registration and uploading the required documents, applicants must select Mendeleev National University of Chemical Technology in Russia as their first choice of university.
Application Deadlines and Procedures
Applications can be submitted now. The preparatory Russian language program begins on October 1, 2026, and students must arrive in Russia no later than September 25, 2026.
Upon acceptance of the application, the university will send the applicant a study contract to complete the registration process. To obtain the invitation to enter Russia, the applicant must pay the first semester’s tuition fees according to the invoice sent by the university if studying on a contractual basis.
