. Public service in light of current transformations . The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Kamel Baddari, accompanied by the Ombudsman of the Republic, Mr. Majid Ammor, chaired a scientific symposium entitled: “Public Service in the Light of Current Transformations: Improving Performance and Innovation for Citizen Satisfaction” on June 23, 2025, at the Faculty of Information and Communication Sciences. The symposium was supervised by the National Higher School of Political Science and the Ombudsman’s Office, and was attended by the Director General of Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad, the Director General of the Institute of Comprehensive Strategic Studies, the Chairwoman of the High Authority for Transparency, Prevention and Fight against Corruption, the President of the National Economic and Social Council, the representative of the Permanent Representative of the United Nations Development Programme in Algeria, and representatives of ministerial departments and bodies. Following speeches by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Ombudsman, a dialogue session was opened on the continuous improvement of public service for citizen satisfaction, moderated by professors, researchers, and state officials. A cooperation and partnership agreement was also signed between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Ombudsman of the Republic. ...اقرأ أكثر
