Third Awareness Day on the Importance of Early Detection of Breast and Cervical Cancer As part of its efforts to raise health awareness and promote a culture of prevention within the university community, the Faculty of Natural and Life Sciences, through its “Water, Health, Environment” Biotechnology Laboratory and in coordination with the National Organization of Algerian Midwives – Khenchela Branch, organized its third annual awareness day on October 28, 2025. The event, held under the chairmanship of Dr. Mayada Ouannas and the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty, featured presentations by a select group of specialist doctors and midwives who delivered lectures and provided educational advice. Interactive sessions with attendees were also held, and the event was very well-received by faculty members, staff, and students. The Faculty’s Cultural and Scientific Activities Department also made significant contributions through the participation of the Aurès Green Club and the Ibn Sina Club. The First National Forum on Sustainable Management of Agricultural and Biological Resources
The First National Forum on Sustainable Management of Agricultural and Biological Resources Today, October 21, 2025, the Faculty of Natural and Life Sciences and the Laboratory for the Management, Conservation, and Valorization of Agricultural and Natural Resources, under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty, organized the First National Forum on Sustainable Management of Agricultural and Biological Resources: Agriculture and Water (CABRSM 2025), chaired by Dr. Aouidane Al-Ayesh. The opening ceremony was announced by the Vice-Rector for External Relations, in the presence of participating professors from within and outside the university, as well as students. The forum saw the participation of more than 39 academic institutions, with a total of 150 abstracts submitted, of which 72 papers were accepted, including 38 wall presentations. Representatives from the agricultural and environmental sectors, as well as economic institutions, also participated in the forum.
