🔹 On Tuesday, October 13, 2026, the talent acquisition caravan for the Baladna_Algeria project arrived at Abbes Laghrour University Khenchela. The visit is part of a broader tour aimed at discovering and attracting young student talent by collecting resumes and opening promising career paths in three key sectors:
▪️ Cattle farming and milk production.
▪️ Agricultural crop production.
▪️ Engineering and manufacturing within the dairy industry.
🔹 The Baladna_Algeria project is an integrated agro-industrial venture located in the Adrar province. It embodies an Algerian-Qatari partnership, encompassing agricultural activities, cattle farming, and the production and processing of milk.
🔹 The project is expected to create over 1,000 jobs by 2027, offering significant professional opportunities for Algerian talent.
🔹 Abbes Laghrour University Khenchela is one of the academic institutions included in the caravan’s tour, reflecting the university’s commitment to engaging with its economic environment and strengthening the connection between academia and the labor market.
🔹 The initiative drew considerable interest and active participation from students, who engaged with the caravan to learn about available employment opportunities and the specific skill sets required.
