Signing of a Scientific Cooperation Agreement between Abbas Laghrour University and the Khenchela Bar Association Today, October 4, 2025, the Khenchela Bar Association, in cooperation with Abbas Laghrour University, Khenchela, organized a study day on the Algerian Code of Criminal Procedure – Law No. 25-14. Professors presented scientific papers on the various amendments to the aforementioned law and its new developments. In the context of strengthening cooperation between the two institutions, a scientific cooperation agreement was signed between Abbas Laghrour University, Khenchela, represented by the University President, Professor Abdelouahed Challa, and the Khenchela Bar Association, represented by the President of the Association, Professor Boumaiza Abdelghani.
