Key Dates for the Academic Year 2024/2025 Pedagogical Calendar Please find below the key dates for finalizing the pedagogical calendar of the academic year 2024/2025, as follows: Exit period: From May 15, 2025, to May 27, 2025. Submission deadline: From May 28, 2025, to May 31, 2025. Exam paper grading phase: From May 28, 2025, to May 31, 2025, with the mandatory preparation of a calendar published on May 27, 2025, to be adhered to by the concerned professors (the calendar is prepared by the department administration in coordination with the Vice-Deanship of Pedagogy). Enter all grades on the digital platform by Thursday, May 29, 2025. Closing date: January 1, 2025. Departure period: From January 2, 2025, to January 5, 2025. Departure period: From January 10, 2025, to January 14, 2025. Final deadline for thesis submission: May 30, 2025.
