International Day of Persons with Disabilities On the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, Abbes Laghrour University  Khenchela, under the supervision of the University Rector and through the Sub-Directorate of Scientific, Cultural, and Sports Activities, organized a cultural event to commemorate this humanitarian occasion. The event included: An exhibition of various awards won by students with disabilities in local and national activities and competitions, which was visited by the University Rector and the University Secretary General. Dr. Bachir Halimi, Guest of Abbes Laghrour University  Khenchela First Stop This morning, December 7, 2025, the University Rector, Professor Abdelwahed Challa, along with members of the administration, warmly welcomed the university’s guest, the Algerian scientist Dr. Bachir Halimi, in an atmosphere of hospitality, appreciation, and respect. This reflects the guest’s stature and the scientific and symbolic value his presence holds for the university. This visit is part of a scientific activity during which Dr. Bachir Halimi will deliver two lectures for professors and students. These lectures will highlight important and exceptional milestones and successful experiences in his career, and will take place in the university’s main lecture hall. Second Stop Under the supervision of the University Rector, Professor Abdelwahed Challa; On December 7, 2025, Abbas Laghrour University of Khenchela organized a scientific event featuring the renowned Algerian scientist, Dr. Bachir Halimi, who delivered two lectures. The first lecture was titled: “The Story of Computer Arabization.” The second lecture was titled: “From Idea to Successful Company.” The event was well-attended by members of the university community, including professors, students, and administrators, as well as interested guests from the university’s socio-economic environment. Global Entrepreneurship Week Activities: Business Café “Direct Encounter with Investors”   As part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week activities, the University-Environment Liaison Office (BLEU), under the supervision of Dr. Alaeddine Kallil, and in collaboration with the NEZDA Agency and in coordination with the Entrepreneurship Development Center at Abbas Laghrour University of Khenchela, organized a Business Café on November 20, 2025, entitled “Direct Encounter with Investors.” The event was attended by representatives from economic and industrial institutions, public banks, doctors and pharmacists, and various associations, who interacted directly with students presenting projects and ideas in various formats.   The Business Café provided an opportunity for students with registered projects to benefit from the expertise of these institutions and to learn about the various challenges they might face in establishing their businesses.   Following this successful event, it was agreed to organize a second, larger edition of the café, with the participation of all partners and stakeholders in the community....اقرأ أكثر
