As part of the digital transformation journey, new pedagogical monitoring platforms have been launched to serve: The student The teacher The administrators Additional platforms are currently under development, supervised by the Directorate of Vision and Digitization, to whom we extend our sincere thanks and support. These platforms aim to facilitate and streamline the submission of requests and access to services quickly and efficiently. Given the importance of the site, we have ensured that the platforms meet the standards worthy of their users. Report of the Local Committee Meeting for Visual, Ranking, and Digitalization Promotion Date: January 13, 2026 As part of the periodic meetings dedicated to monitoring digitization efforts and enhancing the university’s global ranking, the following agenda items were addressed and discussed: Google Scholar Ranking: Receiving updated lists from the various faculties and forwarding them to Ms. Boudiaf Leila to finalize the annual report for 2025. International Rankings: Analysis and discussion of data related to the QS World University Rankings. Sectoral Statistics: Presentation of detailed digital data for each faculty (student, faculty, and administrative staff). Human Resources Digitalization: Monitoring the progress of linking employee data to their dedicated digital platform and evaluating the rate of issuing electronic salary certificates. E-Learning (Moodle): Presentation of statistical data on the activity and use of the Moodle platform. Activation of the Absence Platform: Completion of data entry for the remaining faculties. Preparation of student and faculty lists (in Arabic and French) and allocation of groups and classrooms to ensure the platform’s effective launch. Deliberation Platform: Emphasis is placed on the necessity of including exam grades within the digital deliberation minutes platform.
