In a significant step reflecting the openness of Abbes Laghrour University Khenchela to new horizons of international cooperation, the University Rector, Professor Dr. Abdelwahed Challa, along with his staff, welcomed an academic delegation from the University of Jakarta (UNJ) in Indonesia on Sunday, September 6, 2026. This visit is of particular importance as it represents a step towards strengthening cooperation and scientific and academic exchange between the two institutions, and opening new avenues for a promising international partnership.
The visit’s program will include a series of lectures and workshops on several topics, particularly tourism and teaching Arabic to non-native speakers, in addition to the signing of a framework agreement for cooperation between the two universities, paving the way for a new phase of academic and scientific partnership and collaboration between the two institutions.
